Services Provided
- Easy Arbitrage provides facilitation services, including but not limited to, buying and selling cryptocurrencies to profit from price differences between international and local cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Our Forex partner, Peritus Forex Solutions (Pty) Ltd, is registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), with FSP registration number 43523.

Non-Financial Advisory Disclaimer
- Easy Arbitrage is not an authorised financial service provider under South African law. The services provided by Easy Arbitrage, its shareholders, directors, employees, and affiliates do not constitute financial advice. Before making any financial decisions, you should seek advice from a qualified professional, such as your accountant or financial advisor.

Service as Limited Intermediary
- Easy Arbitrage only provides limited intermediary services to the user. We do not establish employment, agency, advisory, representative, or broker relationships with users. Your use of our arbitrage services is at your own risk, based on your volition and expertise.

Use of Third-Party Service Providers
- Easy Arbitrage uses the services of authorised and regulated third-party providers to facilitate transactions on cryptocurrency exchanges on your behalf. You will be subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party service providers.

Personal Information and KYC/AML Compliance
- You are required to submit personal information, including full name, ID number, proof of address, source of funds, and other KYC/AML documentation, to comply with South African laws such as the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA). This information may be shared with Peritus Forex Solutions and other crypto exchange partners as needed for verification and service facilitation.

Risk Assumption in Cryptocurrency Trading
- The user assumes the risks associated with cryptocurrency platforms, which may include exchange hacks, account closures, or other operational risks. Easy Arbitrage employs the highest security standards, but cannot guarantee that access to the website or services will be uninterrupted or free from technical issues.

Deposit and Trading Process
- After the sign-up process, users may deposit funds (minimum of R100,000.00) into a designated bank account. Easy Arbitrage will manage trades on cryptocurrency platforms on the user’s behalf and return initial capital and profits to the user’s designated funding account, as specified during sign-up.

User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are above 18 years old, with the legal capacity to agree to these terms under South African law.
- Your funds are lawfully yours, and you will comply with the South African Reserve Bank’s foreign capital allowances.
- You will not engage in illegal activities or interfere with the website’s operations.
- You are responsible for withholding and remitting the correct amount of taxes on any transactions made on the website.
- You will adhere to the terms and conditions of third-party service providers.

Unauthorised Use
- Unauthorised use of the website or services may result in a claim for damages or be considered a criminal offence under South African law.

Intellectual Property
- All content on the Easy Arbitrage website, including layout, graphics, trademarks, and underlying software code, is owned by Easy Arbitrage and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent from Easy Arbitrage.

Warranties and Liability
- The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Easy Arbitrage, its shareholders, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the website or services.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- All disputes relating to these terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably, failing which they will submit to confidential arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA). Disputes may also be referred to the High Court of South Africa, and neither party will publicize the dispute on social media or any other public platform.

Termination of Services
- If you wish to terminate your agreement with Easy Arbitrage or discontinue use of the services, you may do so by emailing info@easyarbitrage.io. Upon cancellation, Easy Arbitrage will return any remaining funds to you within 72 hours after receiving your email.

Notices and Service of Process
- All notices or legal processes will be sent to the email addresses provided during registration or to info@easyarbitrage.io. Either party may change their contact information with written notice to the other party. Notices will be deemed received if actually delivered, irrespective of compliance with the formal notification process.
